By providing your personal details you agree to allow Hatikvah Film Trust / AO Vision Ltd. to contact you EITHER: (1) on the basis of your consent, OR (2) for our Legitimate Interests in accordance with current data protection regulations.

We collect information each time you contact us; for example, when you sign-up to receive our prayer letters, make a donation, book to attend an event, purchase a resource, or send us an email.
Hatikvah Films / AO Vision Ltd. does not receive or hold any credit or debit card details for payments made through our website. Those payments are handled separately by Quickbooks.
Any card details provided to us on paper, or over the phone, are destroyed as soon as the payment has been processed, we do not retain such details.
3. WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
We collect information about you for the following reasons:
- To provide you with our DVDs, books, prayer letters or news updates; when you request them.
- To ask for your support in prayer and to enable you to provide financial support.
- To send you information about our activities and associated events, selecting this kind of information according to your location and the interests you have expressed.
- To process donations you give us (claiming Gift Aid when appropriate), ensuring that donations are recorded correctly and used for any projects or purpose(s) that you specify.
- To keep records of your relationship with us; e.g. events you have attended, enquiries or complaints you have made, activities you have supported, resources you have ordered.
- To improve your experience on our website, in terms of simplifying the ordering of resources and enabling you to review the orders you have placed.
- Keeping us up to date with your address, interests and contact preferences.

4. WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION?
The information we collect is used primarily within Hatikvah Film Trust / AO Vision Ltd. But we do use certain service providers, such as MailChimp and Quickbooks, to help us communicate with you by email and to process donations or orders.
To minimise the risk of unauthorised disclosure, we may use some of your information to verify who you are when you contact us.

The information that you give us will be used to for the purposes listed in section 3 above.
Hatikvah Film Trust / AO Vision use MailChimp to send regular emails to subscribers. We ask new subscribers to choose which regular emails they wish to receive. If you provide us with your email address separately, we will send you occasional emails as deemed appropriate; for example, when there is a problem with an order you have placed.
Each email you receive from us via MailChimp enables you to update your choices or unsubscribe.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep information long term for our own records.
We keep records of any financial transactions made with us for a minimum of seven years. This enables us to meet with accounting requirements and respond to any questions from you that arise during that period. Gift Aid declarations and transactions must be kept for a minimum of 12 years.
